A person who isn't able to do this is often considered strange, even a child like simpleton, and he is more likely to be left aside from our society. The stories of the book leave you paralyzed with laughter when accountant Middleton struggles with his nucleus bullshiticus or consultant tries to evoke the real team spirit in company training. How stupid those others can be! After relaxing laughter the reader's mind is opening itself to the obvious question: what are my own favorite lies and who in fact has programmed me? Why do we lie to ourselves? Why do we lie to the people near us? Aalto´s humorous way of analyzing today´s society and his sharp-eyed view on our basic human nature gives his reader the basic tools for more independent way of thinking.
