Paramedic and former Army Ranger Matt Gleason learns those bit by 'Zombie-drug users' are forcibly admitted to the hospital. He spies body bags stacked on the hospital loading dock and alerts his former staff sergeant, who calls for a bug-out. Citizens try to self-evacuate but the National Guard blocks all exits off the peninsula.
