Aprašymas

The Gone is a fast-paced novel written to show the convergence of Biblical prophecy and current events as we rapidly move to the end of time. The novel highlights the lives of several people during the first few years of what is referred to as the seven-year tribulation time in the book of Revelation. Throughout the time line of the "The GONE" some people will try to ignore what is taking place throughout the world, some will give up, some will fall deeper into sin, and some will find the salvation experience. There are end-time saints still upon the earth through much of the seven-year tribulation. Many of the saints are Christians, who were not fully committed and will realize they were wrong. At the middle of the seven-year tribulation the Jewish community will have their eyes opened, and will realize Jesus is the Messiah they have been waiting for. In Revelation 12, 13, 14, and 15 are shown references of the saints in the end times: Rev. 14:12 "This calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God's commandments and remain faithful to Jesus." (NIV) (Underline added) In Revelation 15, The end-time saints are shown in heaven just after the harvest of the earth, and prior to the seven bowls of God's wrath being poured out: 15:2-3 2 "And I saw what looked like a sea of glass glowing with fire and, standing beside the sea, those who had been victorious over the beast and its image and over the number of its name. They held harps given them by God 3 and sang the song of God's servant Moses and of the Lamb:" (NIV) (Underline added) The Gone is a novel based upon the stories of a few of those people. The events that are written in The Gone are based on the author's interpretation of the times we are rapidly approaching as shown in Bible prophecy. The United States is the most powerful nation in the world at the time of this writing, but nowhere in scripture is the United States shown as being a major player in the end-time Biblical events.
