" Youdoodle Halloween," is a grayscale coloring book and is part of a series. It is designed for children ages 9 and up. It is like paint by number, except without the numbers. You simply let your pictures tell you what to do. You are guided on the page by the different shades. Darkest shades get darkest colors, medium shades medium colors and white to light areas get lightest colors. Artist quality pencils are recommended for more intense color. Regular colored pencils may be used, but must have a soft lead core. This helps the colors to glide on more freely. Cue tips may be used for blending when using gel pens. Colored pencils may be dipped lightly at the tip in petroleum jelly to blend colors. You will be amazed at how your picture seems to come to life, as the different shades and layers of colors bring out a 3 D effect. You'll feel like an artist and definately feel like framing your artwork.
