Have you ever had thoughts that you tried to cast down, but they would remain in your mind and get stronger? Or have you ever seemed like you won a mind battle, but then another battle has appeared? In a garden, seeds are planted, but with water, fertilizer, tilling of the ground, and a "farmer who removes predators and unwanted weeds consistently" this allows the seeds to take root and grow, and produce a wealthy/healthy harvest. Unwanted insects and animals seems to be attracted to a bountiful garden. Snakes love to hide in gardens especially if they are not maintained. It becomes a snake breeding ground. This then becomes a war in the garden. The garden is representing your mind. We as Christians, battle in our mind in different ways. The mind is something that can be used for good or evil that Satan would to control. Satan wants fill our minds with lies, decit, anger, depression, unforgiveness, bitterness, fear, money, murder along with many more deception spirits we know as strongholds. Our mind is just like a garden. We let Satan be its gardener by planting and watering it. We think on the seeds that the enemy had planted, is planting, and want to plant in our mind. Those seeds have took, are taking, and will take root and grow and bring forth fruit in our mouth and hearts and produce a garden of deception in our minds.
