Aprašymas
Mainstream development scholarship often picks up and develops a topic to a significant degree, but doesn't really push it far enough. The 'voices of the poor' literature is one such example. In a way, all seems said and done by now. But is it? This book is a nice example of how one can open up and explore a new and very promising line of enquiry, even after so much has been said already. 'Who is poor and why' will allow you to learn so many new things about how people think about poverty. 'Conceptual plurality' is also a highly suggestive term. In short, a stimulating read.
