The way we see ourselves affects all of our actions, and our actions impact others around us in significant ways. But most of us have inaccurate views of ourselves, based on the opinions of others or on our own experiences. As a result, our influence with others is not close to what God intends. Only God is qualified to judge our worth, since He alone can see what He has placed in our hearts. Once we accept His authority to define our identity, our confidence grows and our impact on others improves dramatically.
