This book is a follow-up to Gina Awad's United: Caring for our loved ones living with dementia and will have a similar style and model. That book was a collection of true stories from people living with dementia and their loved ones, gathered and written by Gina, and fully illustrated by cartoonist Tony Husband. The book has sold 2500 copies and was picked by Reading Well to form part of their curated dementia list in 2024.

This new book focuses on the experiences of professional carers/companions, based on the author's own tales, with composite stories of people living with dementia, through the running thread of 'Sienna', a carer travelling from home to home. As Tony Husband has sadly died since United published, Gina has partnered with a new illustrator, Mark Hannon, who brings a similar personal connection to the subject matter and will help bring the stories to life in a humorous and sensitive way, and in easy-to-absorb, digestible chunks.
