Michelle Taylor is the Founder, director, and visionary of Charm and Etiquette with Michelle charm school. She presently holds two degrees one in Economics and the other is in Women in Leadership, she is presently working on her third degree in Divinity.

She strategically designed this school to help young ladies to know their value and their self-worth and to teach them that they are in control of the direction of their lives. She designed a course of classes to empower and educate young ladies that you don't have to be part of the crowd or with the negative interpretation of what society says a lady is. Only when you are willing to stand alone will you be able to conquer your victories.

Each class lesson was designed to reinforce, educate, encourage, empower and enlighten each student that attends Charm & Etiquette with Michelle that success has a particular look and characteristic, and that is, that one must be determined to do the work to gain the victories of success.
