Sometimes I feel like I'm a mess! Can I get a witness? However, I also know that I'm a beautiful mess. Do You? I'm God's masterpiece (Ephesians 2:10), and because He said that about me, I choose to believe that about myself. It is a choice. My philosophy dictates my actions, so a new philosophy means a distinct, brand-new follow-through.

Trusting our feelings most often leads to unstable, unsound reactions. This is one reason it is essential that we train our thoughts to produce a valuable follow-through, acting only on what God says we are. That perfecting process will not happen without consistent effort on our part as we trust what He says about us, and proceed with an intentional determination to hear and obey (through the untainted voice of the Holy Spirit), God's instructions ---A process that will continue, as in "When At First You Don't Succeed...', until we see Him clearly, face-to-face.
