Will Santa find Gabby and Maddox as they travel cross-country?

This year, Gabby and Maddox send their letters to Santa early, overflowing with excitement for the holiday season. But their joy quickly turns to worry when their father announces they will be moving just before Christmas.

Devastated, the siblings can't help but wonder: Will Santa ever find them? To reassure them, their father explains, "Well, kids, Santa has a special team for this-the Family Moving Department or FMD. It's an elite group of elves trained to track children on the move during the holidays, ensuring Santa always knows where to find them."

As Gabby and Maddox make their way from Florida to Ohio, experiencing snow for the first time, they decide to take matters into their own hands. They enlist the help of a friendly mall Santa to pass along their new address to the North Pole.

Meanwhile, at the North Pole, Ralph, the FMD team leader, works alongside Susie in the mailroom and Bob at the command center to ensure the siblings' new location is updated on Santa's list.

But even with their new address in hand, will Santa need a little Christmas magic to make sure Gabby and Maddox's holiday is truly special?
