Voting In Sanity unequivocally proves that the entire free world's 'preference-based' voting methods are all totally dysfunctional in that they cannot find THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE-not even in a simple little selection between just two choices! (see page #1 of Voting In Sanity). This dysfunctionality includes all the free world's parliamentary procedures for 'majority rule' (the preference of just the majority), including those two-choice Yes/No legislative procedures as well as our own Supreme Court's Agree/Disagree rulings to find the so-called 'majority opinion'-all of which inanely select the polarizing 'preference' of just the majority of the members of the voting body instead of selecting its overall MOST-HIGHLY-RATED consensus for THE COLLECTIVE WILL of the voting body.
