The intent of this story is to simplify solving a multi-step equation. Math is hard: for some people who love to read, they believe math should not have letters. Introducing letters (also called variables) is an interesting concept. Math is liked by math people. Math is either disliked or hated by everyone else.
Solving a two-step equation is hard for most people. In this book, Variable and the Equation Party, it is intended to introduce the steps to solve the equation in a manner that is rememberable. Finding a way that introduces math in a different way is the purpose of this book. I like to say "Math is fun. You just need to follow the steps."
Variable is an amazing young lady that I have a crush on. Her father is a professor of mathematics. Her mother is a professor of English. Me? I just like Variable and want to ask her out, but first, I need to get her number. So, I develop a plan: will it work?
