This book is written in hopes that you will find Bliss in your life by learning new techniques on how to overcome struggles you may be having or that you may not even realize you're having.

If you're anything like me you might not even be aware of any struggles until you really think about the choices you have been making in your life.

God created us in His image and He created our bodies to work in a certain way where every part is connected together to create a balanced system.

My purpose for this book is to help you see and understand as I've learned over the past couple of years how God created us and how the things we put in our bodies affect everything and even our spirit and soul.

This book hopefully will show you how to find Bliss and become a better YOU! When you feel better physically, you're more at peace with yourself and will feel closer to God as you seek Him.
