John Mainwaring is retired and lives in London. His working life was spent trading ferrous metals on a global platform.His travels took him to 69 countries across 6 continents enabling him to experience at first hand the wildest variety of cultures, customs and ethinic values.

Through this book he hopes you will be able:

• to appreciate that despite the ever-growing presence of technology, there is still a vital role for raw emotional intelligence.

This is John's first foray as a writer. He mentors MBA students at Bath University and is in the throes of developing a wide network of mentors to assist those wishing to pursue a career in business.
