The publication is research on the subject of leadership and church growth. The chapter embraces some of the most important information and necessary information and things leaders must learn and practice whether they are lay readers or ordained Ministers. The book emphasized the importance of transformational leadership that will not emerge until we have a model of a transforming leader.

The Author has made tremendous growth and progress in theological education and has provided a manual on how to experience growth in the local church. The book is a burning passion for Church growth in the Pentecostal community. The author also emphasized on some of the core values of Leadership encouragement, integrity, Energy, ownership.
