Webster's New World Dictionary defines trophy as "a token of an enemy's defeat; something taken from the enemy and kept as a memorial of victory." This best describes a life that Jesus has snatched from the enemy of our souls, and now displays as a prized possession-a trophy! In this forty-day devotional we will peak into the private world of a few prized possessions who have crossed my path and significantly impacted my life, as well as the lives of countless others. The first names of these Christian women are arranged alphabetically followed by the meanings of their names, and Scriptures which reflect their character. Each of the forty devotionals consists of a brief sharing from their individual spiritual journey-emphasizing the reality of God's personal presence, provision, and overcoming power evident in everyday lives.
