She completed a five-year residency in otolaryngology - head and neck surgery at UT Health San Antonio in San Antonio, TX. She then went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology at Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC. She is currently a practicing pediatric otolaryngologist at Dell Children's Medical Group in Austin, Texas. She enjoys all aspects of pediatric otolaryngology, with particular interests in pediatric voice disorders, aerodigestive disorders, airway management, and pediatric sinus disease.
