Loser and social misfit Kim Prune has changed his name to Benito Mussolini, aiming to become a world-famous serial killer. Ivan Jevenko, once a decorated journalist, is now a lonely fugitive. The drug baron he exposed was never caught. Ivan believes the man is trying to kill him after burning down his house and murdering Ivan's parents. Forced to learn some deadly self-defence techniques as a means of survival, Ivan has managed to kill two would-be assassins before they could get to him. He meets an attractive but damaged woman who appears to be alone and lonely, just like him.
