In the near future, the United States suffers an increasing number of terrorist acts that culminate with the destruction of a U.S. Army base on foreign soil. President Alexander is ready to mount a massive response to eliminate the terrorist threat once and for all. Before he can pull that trigger, he has an "out of this world" epiphany that causes him to change everything he had originally planned. Three key members of the National Security Council agree to work together to put President Alexander and the United States back on track in eliminating the terrorists. The race is on to see if the President's peace initiative survives the tremendous opposition from all sides to subvert it.
