A cozy New Year's Eve with the "Transformation Game" was the origin of this little book. The hint from the game to look for an inspiration every week inspired Wolfgang A. Haas to write the texts collected here. Transformation was a central idea. It was always a great concern of the author to draw attention to our inner processes in an authentic and very practical way from everyday life. The wisdom of the following quotation of the Dalai Lama underlies many of the texts in this book: "If you think everything is someone else's fault, you will suffer a lot.
