Detlef Schwartz, Ph.D., Ph.D., pastor and university lecturer, points out the connections between three important avenues in modern theology: the Anglo-American process theology, the Latin American liberation theology, and the Anglo-American constructive theology. He relates these three theologies to Paul Tillich's theology of culture, which reflects the deep interdependence between society's culture and religion. Throughout the book there are examples of practical work in congregations as well as in universities.
