A real life survival story, The Women of Sugar Hill tells a story of four women whose lives are entangled by physically and mentally abusive relationships, stemming from drug dealers and drug addicts, boyfriends, husbands, mothers, fathers, as well as step-fathers, drawn together by one neighborhood called Sugar Hill and one motive-survival. And finally, Natalia witnesses death after death of her family members while never establishing love from her parents and being sold sexually by her daddy.
