But when she accidentally wakes the captain of the ship, she learns the gray man is a real person who is much more fascinating than the image.

While these two navigate their growing love, they discover that Dom's ship didn't crash on Gudrin's planet by accident. Faced with betrayal and an impossible choice, the Viking shield maid and the starship captain must discover a way to save both their worlds and find their happily ever after.
