Because of the new health care legislation, many doctors are now refusing new patients or simply taking up their shingle and closing shop. A system that has boasted the best and the brightest now appears to be akin to the Titanic, sinking into the political waters of graft and corruption that is the hallmark of this current administration. However, there are still medical options available. Overseas medical care is coming to the forefront in state-of-the-art medicine, and the prices are nowhere near what you'd pay in the United States. With the new socialized medicine paradigm, we have no choice but to shop outside the country for our continuing medical needs.
