Anger is an emotional capacity given to man by God. It plays both positive and negative roles in a man's life. However, the challenge of how to control our anger is a problem all of us struggle with. Anger is a boomerang. It always comes back to you, sometimes with serious consequences. Research has shown that anger has serious repercussions on the human body. Kenneth Dadzie in this book "The Ugly Face of Uncontrolled Anger" has encouraged all people to control their anger and offered suggestions that will assist all people to control their anger and thereby avoid the unpleasant situations associated with uncontrolled anger.
