This book's is here is to provide some spiritual advice for life's difficult times. This was written for people going though life's hardships such as breakups, financial difficulties, low self-esteem, lack of friendships, being rejected, and the tougher times of depression from trauma. The concepts are based primarily on the Judeo-Christian spiritual practices and seek to offer the reader a new perspective on life, hard times, and spiritual advice. The main purpose for the book is to uplift and help the reader stimulate their own mind and spirit to change from within.
