Many patients with severe injuries or diseases with poor prognoses do not receive the same standard of care that Jill did. Remember, all bleeding stops eventually. Managed care, whether by a government, an employer or an insurance carrier, is not about management but about control. Let's put the control of health care back into the hands of the people!
