Join Rod and Anita as they first meet at Teachers' Training College in 1959 and gradually fall in love. Accompany them as they travel through the various stages of courtship, and follow them in their search to find a house that they can afford to buy.

Go along to their wedding - a very simple and somewhat chaotic affair at a Methodist Church - and see them gradually create a home and have a family at a time when there was no central heating, no double glazing, no mobile phones, no refrigerators and washing machines were a rarity.

We accompany them when, as parents of a growing family, they encounter an unusual series of events which prompt them to explore the spiritual life.

As you travel with them you will see that from this point their lives move in an unexpected direction and they are led into situations and adventures which they could not have imagined in their younger days.
