To do that has required that I design for legibility, accessibility, and to make the stories easy to read. In this book I outline my methods, and the ways in which you too can become a visual journalist for the mobile first era. Visual storytellers have never been more important. In the mobile era, stories are told through a combination of text, images, video, and audio. The examples I show throughout the book all emphasize the foundation of my work, the WED (Writing-Editing-Design) approach.
