All around the world of Kosundo people are trying to deal with the tragedy of the twelfth in their own way. Some are overcome with sorrow. Some have the embers of anger stirring within them. Still others struggle to cope with an overwhelming feeling of guilt. But as time passes by, a sense of normalcy builds in most of Kosundo. The happenings of the twelfth were horrific, but most societies in Kosundo were unscathed by the twelfth. However, as the sixth world of men settles back into their routine, something far from routine is occurring. In a remote wilderness, a force of evil is gaining power, galvanizing its strength, even as the people begin to believe that the worst is over. While the whole of Kosundo takes time for a deep breath, evil is preparing for action. Will the sixth world of men be ready for the rise of the soulless?
