She appeared on a local TV show, Tone Up Tuesdays, teaching exercises using home equipment. Penny has helped many across the globe as a fitness expert. She has helped hundreds of people with her fitness training, teaching exercises, and providing guidance on eating disorders at a well-known treatment facility. She also leads fitness classes for college credit and trains Air Force airmen at her hometown's Air Force base. She is also an accomplished speaker-a skill she acquired at her local Toastmasters club. Penny is happily married and has two daughters and two grandsons. She currently resides in Texas.
