Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Archbishop Nathaniel McNeil, Jr. is the son of the late Bishop Nathaniel McNeil, Sr. and shepherd mother Vivian. In 1987, he was ordained by his father. By age 19, he was preaching and teaching full time. He holds a bachelor's degree in religious studies and was consecrated as an apostle and bishop, in 1999, by Apostle R.L. Jackson. In 2012, he received apostolic succession by Archbishop Timothy Paul. Being a gifted student allowed him to combine his natural and spiritual abilities. He quickly became known for studying, praying and fasting in order to bring the revelation of the Word of God. With 30 years of experience of teaching and preaching the gospel, he is a prolific and spirited speaker.
