This volume presents an academic edition of the entire Mishnah, the foundational text of Rabbinic Judaism. The edition is based on Codex Kaufmann, generally regarded as the most authoritative complete manuscript of the Mishnah. Despite its exceptional importance, however, the manuscript contains numerous errors introduced by both the scribe and the vocaliser. The present edition provides a corrected and fully vocalised text, together with philological notes documenting the manuscript's various hands, the editor's interventions, and and relevant readings from other manuscript witnesses.
