Mindfulness has been the central sustaining practice of her life for a few decades now. Sometimes struggling with her own mental health, her PTSD and her ADHD, Sylvia finds solace in her gardens and over the years they have provided her with decades of fun and love, but most of all sanctuary. She explores the climate changes in 2024, between the two winter solstices, and its effects on the weather, the plants and animals and her own feelings for the future. It is a year of love and hard work, of hopes and sadness, fears for the future and efforts to maintain her present moment natural optimism.
