In THE LUNATICK, a valuable painting by Salvador Collie has been stolen from the Petropolitan Art Museum-and Roddy and his 'Wonder Pups' set out to find it. Their trail leads to a secret laboratory atop Vets Hospital, where Roddy and his friends face off against Dr. Max Dingo, an evil and cunning scientist. His weird experiments (combining the DNA of deadly spiders, scorpions and ticks) threaten to bring chaos to Roddy's world. The real motive for the stolen painting is revealed in a mysterious message hidden in Salvador Collie's masterpiece. A message that produces a surprise ending that brings the elusive mystery to a shocking conclusion.
