The LPHS has been around long before its first report in 1967 and Symptomatic Nephroptosis (SN) has been known for centuries but was disparaged 80 years ago and omitted from all textbooks and abandoned in clinical practice till it has become a forgotten diagnosis. The book resolves the puzzle of LPHS by discovering and revealing its overlooked link with SN and reporting a new 100% successful curative surgery for LPHS, namely: Renal Sympathetic Denervation and Nephropexy Surgery (RSD&N).
