After being mistakenly released from a mental ward for the criminally insane, an offbeat mental ward patient decides to attempt eliminating the mafia in a decade old vendetta. After forcing his release, he finds he's in the presence of an Italian beauty, Lisi Lazci, a mafioso's fiance who's attempting to get out from under the iron grip of the Vili Ardonis mob faction, the mafioso's who're somehow involved in the death of a little five year old girl, perhaps his daughter, whose screams and visions kept appearing in the mental ward asking for his help in eliminating her killers, all in order to help him rid the visions of her death. Finding he'd become strangely enamored with Lisi Lazci somewhere along the way, Borga finds himself smack in the middle of a brutal gang of mafioso's in another infiltration, with no back up except his prior supervisor, Mr. Becket, also a mental patient confined in a straight jacket in the mental ward.
