Aprašymas

Big dreams are worth pursuing, no matter where you start.

Discover the inspiring true story of Eileen Collins-the first woman to pilot a space shuttle and the first woman to command a NASA mission.

Long before she made history, Eileen was just a regular kid. She wasn't the best student or the most confident kid in class, and she often doubted herself. But deep inside, she carried a dream of traveling to space-even at a time when women weren't allowed to become astronauts.

Through determination, courage, and years of hard work, Eileen kept moving forward, one step at a time, until she achieved what once seemed impossible.

Perfect for young readers who love space, science, and stories about real-life heroes, this uplifting picture book celebrates perseverance, self-belief, and the many different paths that can lead to success.
