I thought I had one of the most secure marriages anyone could have. My husband was rich and successful; he was a retired major general in the army. Years of plotting, lies, planning, and betrayals by him, his ex-wife, and his three grown children had been in the making. Lies, betrayals, deceptions, and leading a double life--things I found out about after thirty-nine years of marriage.
