Aprašymas

A story of love and conspiracy, a journey across time and tide, when the boundaries between truth and falsehood, conflict and resolution were ill-defined, and hidden doorways where only parenthood held the key.

Thrown together by a distant conflict, they lived and loved, dreaming of a better world, only to be swept away as the juggernaut of war consumed all in it's path. So many families would never be reunited, but few would spend 50 long years in their quest, searching, hoping, longing to find themselves mirrored in the face of others.

Connie harboured her own personal yearning. She had never met her mother and knew nothing of her father, but in those days it was not uncommon. Orphaned by World War II, so many like her became anonymous, fading silhouettes in the afterglow of peace.
