It first discusses the duties that church office-bearers owe the church-members in their charge. Secondly, it deals with the duties that church members owe to their office-bearers; and finally the duty that every church-member owes each other, namely mutual submission. This is a careful exegetical study of I Peter 5:1-5 and should be read by every pastor, elder and office-bearer as well as distributed to every church-member.
