The Cost of Poetry is the result of ten years of written reflections from Poet, Musician, Author, Preacher, Teacher, and Madman Chris Wood. Deemed aggressively spiritual and inspirational, his poetry infuses a common-sense, practical wisdom that engages the hearer and leaves no subject untreated. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Heyday Magazine an online and print magazine showcasing Art and Poetry. He hosts the All Nations Under God Podcast and YouTube channel where he discusses the differences that make a difference in our walk with Jesus here on Earth. His work has been published in The Jet Fuel Review, The Wawayanda Review, and Home Planet News. He occasionally sleeps a few hours every other Thursday, converses with woodland creatures, and enjoys devouring deep poetry and coffee.
