The books appear according to C. S. Lewis's preferred order and each chapter features a chapter opening illustration by the original artist, Pauline Baynes.

This shrinkwrapped slipcase features beautiful foilstamping with iconic artwork from Pauline Baynes, a faux velvet spine with foil, designed endpapers featuring the original map of Narnia, printed edges with an iconic quote from The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and icons representing each of the seven books, and a ribbon marker.
