Have no fear, Ann's Cheesecake Recipes book is to the rescue. Cheesecakes are one of the easiest treats to make. Most of them require very little, if any oven time, you simply mix the ingredients as instructed, pour it into a pan, finish it off with a recommended topping and chill before serving. Cheesecakes are also a favorite of almost everyone at one time or another.

When I originally began assembling these recipes, my family enjoyed a new cheesecake idea at least once a month, sometimes more.
