Is there any data on a phenomenon that no scholar or scientist can even agree exists? Is there legal standing for a creature that only lives and breathes for a few hours each month? What about the legal standing of the human host? How far might government go to hide evidence that werewolves existed? Are there stories from the past about the monsters?
