Summertime in the South Carolina coastal town of Folly Beach usually epitomized the lazy, hazy sweet days of summer. Kayla Ballantyne, the proud owner of The Flowers of Folly Beach, co-created the exclusive golden calla lilies with her assistant and best friend, Jessie Ward. Unfortunately, a very public fight the day prior to wedding showcase, makes Jessie a primary suspect. Her rocky relationship with the event coordinator, Nicole English, only adds to her perceived guilt. However, Kayla's strong friendship and belief in Jessie's innocence leads her to set aside the flowers while she investigates the murder on her own. Joined by her friends, Jessie's little brother, and a new, handsome police detective, Kayla works to find the truth.
