Sam Prescott, son of a high class hooker, is arrested for fighting and expelled from the exclusive Boston prep academy he attends. A judge places him with his uncle, a man he's never seen. He gathers himself and is allowed to enter West Point where he serves recurring combat tours and earns The Medal of Honor. Prescott leaves the army after his uncle is murdered. He returns to Wickmore to begin a fight for his own life.
