This is a candid view of training in the KBB industry over a period of 3 decades plus. It includes a vast amount of material that effects virtually every large player in the KBB industry and many smaller participants. It analyses the state of development in the industry towards quality training and performance and analyses the reasons why this goal was never achieved either with in house Centres of Excellence of with much of the external training facilities many of which were college based courses that did not incorporate any REAL experiences. The authors - Century 21 -outline the ways in which these goals can be achieved and also offer direct help to assist in achieving these aims within the company's own courses.
