Tectonic Bamboo Education book examines established pedagogical approaches and considers how they can be adapted to requirements of teaching and learning bamboo architecture. Bringing together architectural pedagogy, alternative education and tectonic bamboo; the book explores how learning can be tailored to different levels of learner expertise, course duration and available learning media. This book culminates in a practical and adaptable framework for Tectonic Bamboo Education (TBE). Rather than prescribing a single method, the framework provides educators and facilitators with recommendations for developing learning experiences ranging from short workshops to extended courses. This book is the first book addressing teaching of tectonic bamboo requires alternative methods compared to the more standard building materials' counterparts such as steel or concrete.
